Chef Mick
Chef Mick Élysée is a Franco-Congolese culinary artist known for sustainable pan-African cuisine and smart cereals. Mick trained in France after fleeing civil war. He then opened his first restaurant at 22 and later held top roles in London’s luxury kitchens. In 2015, he launched a private chef company to elevate African gastronomy. His cookbook Not Guilty promotes guilt-free African cuisine, and his work includes collaborations with LVMH, BBC, and the Paris Olympics. He also helped open Ghana’s first sustainable fine dining pan-African restaurant.
Chef Javier
Chef Javier Flores Gutierrez is known for immersive fine dining experiences that blend precision, creativity, and seasonal ingredients. With a career spanning intimate dinners to 2,000-guest events, he crafts bespoke menus tailored to each client. His work has featured at top venues like Royal Ascot, Wimbledon’s VIP restaurant, and the F1 Grand Prix in Monaco and Silverstone. He has catered exclusive events for Aston Martin, Rolex, and the Royal Family, and provided fine dining for Netflix, BBC, Davos World Economic Forum, and elite private jet clients.
